Yes, shipping is free on every order, no minimums. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Most orders dispatch in 1–2 business days. Typical delivery windows:
United Kingdom:
• Transit time: 6 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Estimated delivery time: 7 to 11 business days.
United States:
• Transit time: 5 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Estimated delivery time: 6 to 13 business days.
Australia:
• Transit time: 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).

Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
We use 3 types of metal for our jewellery, Stainless Steel, Titanium and Sterling Silver. The metal type is mentioned in the product description.
All pieces are nickel-free and skin-kind.
Our plating is built to last, and if it ever fades or discolors under normal wear, it’s covered by our Lifetime Color Guarantee
Wear daily, worry less. For best results: rinse after salt/chlorine, pat dry, store in the pouch, and avoid harsh chemicals (bleach/solvents).
Color loss, fading, or abnormal tarnish for the lifetime of your piece under normal wear.
Email support@navalli.com with your order number, a clear photo, and a brief note. We’ll approve and replace the item or issue store credit.
Loss/theft, deep scratches, intentional damage, or exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, solvents) aren’t covered. If a style is discontinued, we’ll replace it with equivalent value.

Most styles come in 16–18 in (40–45 cm) adjustable lengths; see each product page for specifics.
