How Long Does Delivery Take?
On average it takes 7 to 11 working days for your order to arrive from dispatch.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us a message here and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I Ammend My Order?
We move fast when it comes to processing orders so you get your items quickly. You’re welcome to make changes before hitting “Complete Order,” but once it’s placed, we might not be able to make edits. That said, feel free to contact us here as soon as you can we’ll do our best to help out!
What If My Parcel Is Delayed?
On rare occasions, delivery might take a little longer than the usual shipping time mentioned above. Most delays are due to customs processes, which are unfortunately out of our control. But don’t worry we’ll make sure your parcel gets to you!
If your order happens to get lost along the way, we’ve got you covered. We’ll happily send you a replacement free of charge or offer a full refund whichever you prefer. Just reach out to us here and we’ll sort it out.
I Have Entered A Incorrect Address!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP here and provide your new address.
Will My Items Come Together?
We always aim to ship your order in one go, but occasionally, it may arrive in separate packages. This usually happens when items are coming from different warehouse locations.
If that’s the case, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers so you can keep an eye on each package. So don’t worry if everything doesn’t arrive at once your full order is on its way!
My Item Arrived Damaged!
We're so sorry to hear that! We take great care in packaging every order with bubble wrap and gift boxes to protect your jewellery, but in rare cases, items can still arrive damaged.
If that happens, please get in touch with us here, and we’ll send out a replacement right away completely free of charge.
